Refunds

We accept online returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are eligible for a full refund provided they are received unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund on the same or next business day. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, and you can expect the funds to appear in your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or email sales@tcscarbide.com, including:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

Your order number can be found in your original confirmation email. 

Please ensure your order number is clearly stated on the parcel you send back to us.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
