Order Processing

We will do our utmost to process your order in typically 1-3 days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays), but his may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable. 

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@tcscarbide.com. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels delayed or lost by third-party carriers.
